Make the words sound like your business
Start with a service agreement or an intake form, then adjust the scope and tone. A closet session, an unpacking project, and a sensitive downsizing engagement deserve different questions and expectations.
Keep a version you can trace
Date your finished policies and store the version each client accepted. If a term changes, explain it before the next project. Do not quietly overwrite an active client’s agreement.
Before you use a sample
These are operational planning examples, not legal advice or a finished legal agreement. Have a qualified local lawyer review your terms, cancellation rights, fees, and liability language. Some in-home sales have statutory cancellation rights that a business policy cannot replace.
