A little clarity on privacy.
Last updated September 19, 2026. This notice covers the Brooksites early-access website, sample website demonstrations, and free business tools. Privacy links in sample website footers refer to this Brooksites notice, not a policy for the fictional organizer business.
Information you choose to share
The early-access form collects your name, email address, business name, business stage, website preference, and optional current website. We use these details to understand your website needs and follow up about your selected design or a custom build. The data is stored in our Convex backend. You do not need to submit this form to use the free tools.
The free tools
Calculator inputs, intake form fields, and contract drafts are processed in your browser. Downloading a file creates that file on your device; those tool inputs are not submitted to Brooksites. The example booking experience is a demonstration and does not create a real appointment.
Saved website designs
If you save a favorite website design, its identifier is stored in your browser so you can find it again on this device. You can remove favorites with the heart button or clear them through your browser’s site-data settings. Saving a favorite does not submit an inquiry.
Technical services
Our hosting infrastructure and Convex may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. We do not sell your submitted information. We do not currently use advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
Only submit information you want us to use for the early-access program. You can request correction or deletion by replying to a Brooksites early-access message. An account-management and privacy contact channel will be published before the hosted platform launches.
Before the platform launches
Brooksites is in development. If the platform begins handling organizer client records, bookings, or payments, this notice will be updated to explain those services and your choices before that collection starts.
