How do I get early access?
Tell us about your organizing business, your current website, and how you handle bookings. We’ll review your needs and confirm whether we can offer you an early-access launch.
What does the $3,500 launch include?
The $3,500 launch covers website development using your chosen Brooksites design. Copywriting, design customization, and setup are included. We agree on the content, revisions, and launch schedule before you commit. Your ongoing plan is billed separately.
How do the monthly plans differ?
Both plans include your hosted website, calendar and booking tools, intake forms, client records, automated booking emails, emailed intake invitations, and technical support. Standard is $99/month and includes the editor for your own website updates. Plus is $399/month and adds updates handled by us, including copy, design, configuration, and small feature improvements. We agree on the scope and timing before work starts. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Can I integrate my calendar?
Your website can send visitors to your Cal.com or Google Calendar booking page. You manage those appointments with that service. They don’t appear in Brooksites. If you use Brooksites booking, direct Google Calendar busy-time checks are still awaiting live verification, and two-way sync isn’t available.
What emails are included?
Brooksites includes booking confirmations, reminders, appointment updates, and intake invitations. It doesn’t include an email inbox or newsletters. If you use Cal.com or Google Calendar for bookings, that service handles your appointment emails.
Can I use my own domain?
You can request to connect a domain you own. During early access, we’ll confirm the required domain settings and connection readiness before agreeing on your launch date.
