Protect what you see as well as what you store
An organizer may encounter family records, medication, financial papers, or private conversations. A practical confidentiality policy applies to casual conversation and team messages, not just signed documents.
Keep portfolio consent separate
We use project information only to deliver and administer the agreed services, subject to applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for the work. We will request separate permission before using identifiable photos or project details in marketing. You can decline marketing permission without changing your service.
Put the promise into practice
Limit staff access, avoid storing unnecessary personal information, and define a retention schedule. Before-and-after permission should specify the images and channels involved. Check backgrounds for documents, family photos, addresses, and reflections before publication.
Before you use a sample
These are operational planning examples, not legal advice or a finished legal agreement. Have a qualified local lawyer review your terms, cancellation rights, fees, and liability language. Some in-home sales have statutory cancellation rights that a business policy cannot replace.
