There is a trial, not an ongoing free plan
Acuity’s official pricing page lists a seven-day trial and says it does not currently offer a free appointment-scheduling plan. Budget for a paid subscription if you plan to keep using it.
Use the trial for a complete client journey
Create one consultation type. Book it as a client on your phone, inspect the confirmation, reschedule, and cancel. Then test a working day with a morning in-home session and travel time before the next appointment.
If your budget is zero
