01The people
This draft describes proposed organizing services between Your organizing studio (the organizer) and [Client name] (the client). Service dates and location will be confirmed separately in writing.
02The project
Sort, edit, and organize the spaces agreed upon during the consultation. Storage products and donation transport are quoted separately.
03Time & payment
Proposed rate: $85.00 USD per hour. Estimated time: 6 hours. Estimated labor total: $510.00 USD. This is an estimate, not a fixed quote. Additional hours or purchases require the client’s written approval. Payment schedule and any deposit must be agreed in writing before work begins.
04Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Any cancellation charge must be separately agreed in writing before booking.
05Working together
The client makes all decisions about what to keep, donate, recycle, or discard. The organizer will obtain approval before removing belongings. Work involving hazardous materials, structural repairs, or specialist cleaning is outside this scope.
06Privacy & photographs
Client information is used to deliver the agreed services. Photos may not be used publicly without separate, express permission from the client.
07Before signing
